psp - silent hill origins (updated)

have you played the original game on psone? then the continuations on ps2? have you seen the movie?

i love this series, and that is why i don't mind spending some money on this title. now, the producer bring us the silent hill title into our hand, of course in form of handheld game of psp. i was doing my usual window shopping at egm last saturday when i saw this title on the shelf, just being put on display (baru datang lah kali). without any hesitation, i took this game and bought it. costs me BND$78, hoped that it worths the money i spent. well, guess what? yes, it IS very worth well.

at the opening, the producer even warned that they are not responsible for anything that happened to the gamer once they played this game. they even recommended the game to be played in dark place with your headphones on. so i did all the recommendations. the game, the soundtracks, the flow of the story really scared me. i was like, thank god that this psp doesn't have the rumbling effect just like the dualshocks. otherwise, it would be another bonus for this game.

as for now, i cannot really comment any further, since i am just halfway through the game (hmmm, maybe just a quarter, or just one-fifth? i don't know...). i will update later

guess what, i've finished the game. the length of the game is quite reasonable, the plot is quite ok, and also the difficulty is quite okay lah. walaupun nda panjang cetanya, it does explain all the events that leads to the first silent hill game. so, dah habis, apa lagi? kan main lagi? i would say, yes. replay value is there, where you will be given some bonus for the next game (as expected from any silent hill game). currently, i've managed to obtain a special melee and 3 special suits. hehe...i'm going to enjoy this game again and again, until the next game i'm going to buy. what are they? Final Fantasy Crisis Core and Final Fantasy Tactics
