Rindu kepadaNya dan kekasihNya

This morning, I was taking my wife and son to do some simple shopping, buying groceries and "pampers". As usual, we tuned in to 93.3 NurIslam FM. That's when the DJ played this song, originally sang by the great Raihan, but now re-singed by the wonderful Siti Nurhaliza. Not really a song, more to spiritual tune (nasyeed) called Ya Rasulullah. Of course, any song by Raihan is very nice to hear, but then when this was "refreshed" by Siti Nurhaliza, it became more and more touching.

Although I was driving, I started to visualize, imagine and going deep into the tune. I was able to see how the clip/video would look like if I am to produce them. Suddenly, there was this tear coming out from my eyes. I was like...wow, I am really into this tune. Now, why was there tears coming out? I was recalling all the times me and my wife spent last year, visiting our beloved prophet. Maybe I was a bit emotional, but for real...I do miss those moments. People was telling how hard it would be to visit our prophet, but then when it was our turn, it turned out that everything was so simple, easy and smooth. Even the guard, who was very rash to other people, was very gentle to us and letting us stay for several seconds infront of the tomb, saying our prayer and sending regards. Even in the Raudhah was very simple. I was able to do my prayers in there with ease without any pushings and pullings from other people.

Now about this song. Once more, tears were coming down without the knowledge of my wife (she was sitting at the back with my son), because of visualizing the very touching scenes corresponding to the tune. Maybe I will share this visuals that I see with other people, by producing the clip. Moreover, the Maulidur Rasul is just around the corner, so I think this would be the perfect timing. So to members of DMC2010, be prepared. I got one BIG ASSIGNMENT for you all!
